Rest In Peace, Davy Jones.

[HomerMcvie]

I have quite a few musician friends, who have been sharing their Davy Jones stories.
And no one has had a bad word to say. All of the stories have been about how kind and funny he was.

One of my favorites was - a bass playing friend of mine...his band was opening for The Monkees. After a nice long conversation in the green room, Davy said, "kid, are you sure you want a hit? You'll still be singing it when you're 55!" He then winked as he left the room, and they took the stage for Daydream Believer.

Class act. Rest in peace, David.
