We are food twins. Although I've had a tad of heartburn lately, so I've been easing up a little bit. Okay, I love salsa, and pretty much eat it daily(usually snack on it, while I'm cooking dinner). Well, my jalapeno plants did really well this year, and they're starting to go to waste, so I was doubling the amount I was putting in my salsa. So, getting violent hiccups from it might be going too far??? So I've been toning back "the constant contest" I have, for testing my ability to eat extreme heat.

As soon as the heartburn subsides though, it's back on, baby!!!

Honestly, the SPICES are the reason that Chinese and Mexican are my two favorite foods. I want to walk away from the table, in a sweat!

And so have I - too spicey and the heartburn/acid reflux starts up. This is so frustrating when spice is the spice of life LOL!!!

Funnily enough Mexican doesn't seem to start it up - but I'm steering clear of Chinese and Indian right now. I love a HOT vindaloo but it's not worth the pain!
