Yes, these are all quite terrifying. Staying on topic of exorcism movies, "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" scared the **** out of me and I, like you, do not believe in the devil. Still, I couldn't sleep after watching that movie.

I'm sure someone mentioned this one, but "Paranormal Activity" is really terrifying. The sequels not so much. Another good movie that came out a couple of years ago called "House of the Devil" is really good too. It's got a slow build, but by the end of the movie, you will be terrified!
