Default My Boise Concert Review

Just a quick review of the Boise show - I know David MN was there recognized him from all his pictures so I'm sure he will fill in on alot! The setlist was the same as "Saban" show.

First of all the venue was extremely small - I think holds 750 people and there were alot of empty seats. I would say maybe 500 people there. When he first came out it was pretty quiet - he did his accoustic songs. They sounded great. Wish he would do Trouble the old way though. Not a big fan of the acoustic version. Go Insane, Big Love same as usual.

The show didn't start really pumping until the band came out. The crowd was actually awesome for being so small. People were yelling, screaming and whistling throughout. Even Lindsey commented "Hey this is the best small crowd we have ever played!" It was actually surprising people were so enthused as I didn't think he had that many fans in Boise.

There were alot of speeches, but honestly they all sound the same to me!! Movies, directors, cycles, changes etc!!!!! I think we all know the speeches by now so I won't elaborate!! All My Sorrows - please drop and add another song!!

I think it was around Tusk that David MN got the crowd to jump up to the stage! That was when things started rocking! Can't believe Lindsey remembered me from my past adventures pointing at me saying "I remember YOU!" and gave me a guitar pick so that was awesome. Once that happened a drunk lady started yelling for him to give her his pants -he kept saying "What do you want?" And she would yell "your pants cause you put the pick in your pocket." And he would say "she wants my pants." Anyway this conversation went back and forth with Neal joining in at some point. It was actually pretty funny - everyone was laughing. Could tell he was having a good time.

GYOW - he went back and forth from the stage. Not sure he lets people play his guitar anymore. I stuck my hand up there and played a string or two, not sure he was expecting that! He came out for the encore 3 songs - Turn it On was a nice change up. Said he had a great time in Boise and loved the crowd. Overall a great show. I got a few pictures, but not sure how they turned out. Will post them later if they are any good.
