My friend will be her dressing room caterer - and is offering me the rare opportunity to make Stevie a mix CD which she will leave in the dressing room. I've wanted to make Stevie a CD for two decades - this is going to be difficult! She's going to see if she can get me in the opera house during one of the rehearsal days, but it's not very likely since she could lose her job over it if anyone from Stevie's camp complained that I was there.

Thats great KC.Your friend is lucky to have a job like that.Maybe you could be her helper. If Stevie's people know you are your friends catering assistant you will be fine with them.It would not hurt to have your friend ask her boss.On the cd.I would burn her a DVD with me telling her that I enjoy her music and her song writing.Good luck .and enjoy.
