Why does it matter if they make new music? It's not like they're going to play any of it on the road, and the album won't sell anyway.

Speaking of album sales, has anyone crunched numbers on how many people saw the tour? If so, how close are the total ticket and album sales? Does it stand to reason that most (or at least a good portion) of people who saw a show had the new album?
