Yes, I've seen that page and somewhere once there they were saying that at some point Danny had ended at a homeless facility for people with mental illness if I'm not mistaken.
However yes, the administrator seems to be on a rampage, I guess this is the post they're referring to in your first link, I see a resemblance to the current times:
