CD Bootleg (Knoxville Question

I have a bootleg from the Knoxville show of this current Fleetwood Mac tour on 2 CD's, almost perfect quality... Here's the problem...it's all one track...and I was wondering if anyone knew how to split it into tracks...if there IS A WAY...I'd love to be able to share this great show online, but it's all one track...
