It was technically perfect and a beautiful quiet duet .... Stevie shone and Adam almost cried after. Glad I got to see it.

I wasn't sure about another Landslide, but I cried. It was beautiful and golden. I loved how she helped him through it. I just had a big 'ol smile on my face the whole time.

Now THAT is how a duet with Stevie on national television should be done. That was really spectacular, I don't believe I've heard anyone harmonize that high w/ her, especially a dude. Christina got so excited she had to grab (okay, adjust) her boobies. I loved how Adam Levine got all verklempt - "that's the coolest thing you've ever done besides get married and have kids." LOL

Okay, that was awesome. Everyone seemed so stoked to have her on the show, they really held her in high esteem. She did beautifully and she looked to be enjoying herself. Javier was fabulous, what a great performer.

I so agree with everything you noted! It was spectacular. My husband tells me that Javier's music teacher used to teach in his junior high school in Stratford, CT.

To me, Landslide is yawn-inducing anymore...but wow. I had the biggest, cheesiest smile on my face the whole time they sang that. Flawless!
