My favorite moment of the trailer is Stevie and Mick listening to the actual Secret Love demo and Mick going "is this on my tape"

My other favorite: seeing for my own eyes that dreadful moment when that bit** Reese Witherspoon says "heh whats cheaper than free?" Who feels the need to say that ever?

And I thought 'Weapons of Mass Entertainment' sounded so lame, but what did I know?!?

Thanks for posting this. Cannot wait for its release.

Dallas Taylor does drug interventions and counseling in Beverly Hills now. He's had a liver transplant and has been drug free for 25 years. He says on is site: "Then, I was the original drummer for Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young (America’s Beatles). Now, I am an interventionist in LA California; For the past 24 years I have worked in the field of Addiction and I help people with alcohol and chemical dependency."

So, mystery solved - about the "drummer" anyway...
Just found this link where in her own words she says it was Dallas.

I think Reese and her monstrous forehead is a terrible choice. I am in favor of Kate Hudson after hearing her sing Silver Springs.

I agree plus why would she have to worry about money. She is a "doctor's daughter" and a famous actress with production company called "TYPE A" films.

No no no no. It's about a drummer named Dallas something or other.

For What It's Worth is a "thank you" to the former drummer for Crosby, Stills and Nash (hence the title), Dallas Taylor.

Quote:
Nicks admitted herself to the Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital in Venice Beach. It took her 47 days to detox. ‘Dallas Taylor, the drummer for Crosby, Stills and Nash, was there the whole time. I nearly died. I moulted. My hair turned grey. My skin started to completely peel off. I was in terrible pain.’ She shivers at the memory.
Dallas says on his website: "Then, I was the original drummer for Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young (America’s Beatles). Now, I am an interventionist in LA California; For the past 24 years I have worked in the field of Addiction and I help people with alcohol and chemical dependency."

Personally, I don't think the entire song is "about" him, but rather a heartfelt nod to him for the work he did with her at the Daniel Freeman Hospital where he worked for 10 years from 1990-2000 and where she went through detox.

Personally, I think it is. She's been really clear that the song was about someone who helped her at a particularly difficult time, and it's since come out that this person was Dallas. I'm not understanding how you're differentiating between a song being "about" him versus a "heartfelt nod to him". To me those are the same things.
