I love this song!!
I cannot stop singing it, and thinking about it. Also, has anyone else noticed her little, twangy note on the word "ocean"? Anyone else having this song run through their head about a thousand times a day? |

I really wonder why she sings it as "was to make love" using the infinitive form of the verb. I love it, but it's so peculiar

This song will not exit my head. Night or day. And that's fine by me. It kicks ARSE! It's gotta be one of the ballsiest songs she's written... and she did so in her 60s! I love it when Stevie is sassy... and when she talks about racy things. It just makes me happy that she hasn't really mellowed personally (even thought she may no longer be wild onstage). This song is a reminder why I love Stevie. It's like her modern day No Spoken Word or something .

Stevie is so outspoken in this song. I love the tone of her voice in the verses. Stevie Nicks' spirit has not mellowed one bit, and I am very, very happy about that!! |

I love it! It's real and sensual and she can get away with it. She's in her 60's, she's lived and learn. This type of honesty is what I really appreciate about this album.
Preach it Stevie! |

That struck me as rather odd too...

Apparently it's grammatically correct, though according to Carrie721:

Wording is somewhat different on the Wal*Mart version she sings with Cee Lo.

Interesting. I'll admit that everything I ever learned about English grammar I learned in French class, so I'm clearly not the expert on such technicalities as that, but her explanation certainly makes sense. I do know that the proper way that Carrie has pointed out still simply *sounds* odd to, even if it is the correct wording.

I love this song.
I also think it's her sexiest song in a long, long while... |

This will sound funny...but this is how I wish Lindsey's "Come" had sounded.
