According to Buddy, taping begins at 11:30 and runs until 4:00. I'm guessing that time-frame includes O taping 2 separate shows in one day. Can't wait to hear the details from those attending.
Yes! Too many people! And I'm not really sure I understand why Avril and Miley are there? I certainly don't consider either of them divas or rock legends by any means. Oh well, the Queen of Rock 'n Roll is there to show them all what's up!

When Miley recorded with Bret Michaels, he bragged that he produced and wrote several songs with Stevie because she was such a big Stevie fan, and wanted to do a duet Stevie-eque style.

And Avril, seems like she could go any which way... Pat or JJ fan

I doubt her segment will be more than 10 minutes...if that.

Miley is a huge Stevie Nicks fan! That's why she is there. I bet Avril is for Pat or Joan Jett.

But it will be so phony. I would love it if Stevie would tell Miley what she really thinks- "go put on some clothes and write some songs."

Exactly! Better yet, they should have had someone on O who's a fan, who also considerably a more substantial artist today like Florence Welch. I mean, C'mon! I'm sure Stevie will be gracious and all, but when Sheryl, Billy & Courtney were singing Stevie's praises in the 90's. It was cool, cause arguably they are considerable talents with something to say.

Lol ! The whole Miley thing is just annoying to me. I don't know why it just is. To me, her loving Stevie is something of a fad. Not true adoration !

Well, she grew up on Stevie Nicks I think. Lots of girls think they can sing like her. Faith Hill's girls sing Stevie Nicks songs according to Faith. Let's face it, Bella Donna is what country is now. Actually, I have feeling Stevie has written more country songs then 80% of country superstars.

I respectfully disagree.
If Bella Donna is what country is now, I wouldn't hate country like I do. I hear country all day at work too, so its not like I haven't given it a chance.

I get a kick out of the SNL Miley Cyrus show. I'll totally crack up if Miley says "it's really cool" on the Oprah show.

Did you see the recent episode she hosted? During her monlogue, she said, "We've got guests, and a show, and we're ready to go. And that's really cool."

I about died and fell off the couch with laughter.
