Funny thing.....I use to live in Vegas toooo!!!!

K, on that alone I too will try for front roll tickets to this show this Friday when they go on sale. I've a feeling that due to it being in all places "Indio" may be why the tickets were easy to get?
When I lived in Palm Springs I won tickets to see Stevie on the radio, that too seemed easy to do!

It looks much bigger than 1000 to me. I would guesstimate that it's more in the 2500-3000 vicinity. Perhaps a date at Caesar's in Vegas is not out of the realm of possibility? I see that Caesar's will be a Celine-free zone for the entire month of May!

i think it's 4,000 or so. i agree caesars seems likely. i'm guessing she'll cover as much ground in north america as she can before june 26 in london.

I hope you are right. Vegas on May 14 would be perfect. Problem is they release the dates slowly, so you don't know till it's too late.

i'm guessing the show would be just a regular concert, not her usual caesars exclusive "dreams," if she plays caesars. she might even play the joint at hard rock. they recently renovated it and expanded the capacity to 4,000. McCartney opened it. the Indio date isn't even on Nicks Fix! Damn it! they were doing better too!

Hey guys, I'm definitely going to this show-- cleared it with my dad earlier tonight. I plan on buying my ticket right at 10AM on Friday. I really, really want to guarantee that I'm in the first 5 rows. Do you think this is easiest to do by phone or on the web? Someone give me tips-- I usually buy my tickets later on with the help of scalpers!

Web. The way I've always gotten good seats was to wait until the final week or two before the show and just search on Ticketmaster for one ticket. Ticketmaster always releases some really prime seats in the last 2 weeks up until the day of the concert. It's highly variable when they drop these choice seats, so just try often. Obviously try online the day tickets go onsale... but if you don't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to try waiting. I believe Ticketmaster always holds blocks of very close seats for radio stations, promotional giveaways, VIPs, etc... and when they're not used, they go back into the fray. This is the way I've always gotten my Mac/Stevie tickets, and I've always wound up in the first 15 rows... and didn't have to pay a scalper to get there.

All the front row seats I got were purchased in the week or two before the show. I've never managed to get anything in the first 10 rows when they first go on sale.

I read 1,000 on a random broker website, so I guess that could be wrong. Sorry if I misled anyone.

I think I'm going to try the box office for this show. Some people wait to get the best seats...in my experience, this only works for larger venues...when there are so many front row seats that you're bound to get one of you try. This is such a small venue that I don't think Ticketmaster will even sell tix for.

My advice for this show- get your tickets ASAP and try the box office if you can.

Has anyone been to this box office?

This makes me SO nervous! Especially if I'm planning an entire road trip around getting a seat...

It does me too... every time I do it! But it ALWAYS works out that I land an awesome seat. Give it a whirl for one of the dates you plan to hit since you're planning on doing several .
