Absolutely. It was especially bad in The Dark Knight. The only bad thing about an otherwise great film. I said this earlier in this thread.

It was digitally altered to sound that deep in The Dark Knight, which is lame. His voice Batman voice in Batman Begins was just right, IMO.

I've always felt it's what Batman doesn't say that makes him scarier. The growl is completely unnecessary.

Superhero movies aren't over my thing, but I enjoyed the Green Hornet.
Seth Rogen makes superheroes believable.

I am however, looking forward to the Spiderman Reboot!

I went with Michael Keaton. I remember watching 'Batman' (1989) when I was around 6 or 7 years old. That movie was extremely scary to my as kid. Did anyone else find it scary? It creeps me out to this day. I thought Keaton was a great Batman. He was charming, mysterious, and a normal looking kind of guy.

I was 10-11 when it came out... The scene with the burnt dead guy kind of weirded me out... as did the scene where Jack was getting the bandages taken off his face.
