I think Goodbye Baby would be a great closer. It's sad in it's own right, but it's also a very hopeful, optimistic song. "I'll be with you someday." I like it as a closer. And plus, people will never forget it.

I also like the idea of Goodbye Baby as the closer. I don't understand the thinking that because it's not a classic like Songbird it shouldn't close the show. Let's not forget at one point Songbird was not a classic, and at one point Has Anyone Ever Written Anything for You was not a classic, and I THINK (may be wrong though) these both started closing shows as soon as they were released. Besides, wasn't the meaning of encores always a surprise? I mean, not in the sense that you think the band is done, but doing songs you never expected.
Beyond that, Goodbye Baby's chorus is VERY fitting for a closer. "Goodbye baby, I hope your heart's not broken, don't forget me, yes I was outspoken..." like she's saying goodbye to the audience. I STILL think this set list will change for the tour, so anything could still happen. And I disagree...full band, fast paced Gypsy would be better IMO. Gypsy always sounded better to me when it was upbeat.
