In no way shape or form do I expect a delay due to any other reason. Post-production and any final additional recording resumed in Sept. and Oct., and now we know the project is in the final mixing phase...we are very close to it all being wrapped up.

Similar to SYW, which was completed by the Holidays in 2002 and held til the release date of April 15 2003.

Right. And Stevie also has said that she has things to do and people to see, so she wants the album to be done. She is on a clock.

It's still early November. No reason that the album SHOULD be pushed back.

Since everything is done digitally these days (except if your name is Lindsey Buckingham), adding/subtracting elements to/from a recording is a breeze. No more having to remix and remaster. Once these final flourishes are finished they could theoretically upload these tracks for downloading on iTunes tomorrow. Of course they're not going to do that, but it just goes to underscore the reality that this is actually happening. OMFG, a new Stevie Nicks solo album.

Was this recorded today? She says they START mixing on Monday. I thought the mixing process had already started. I think I'm going to resign myself in not trying to understand what's going on with this record. I'm just praying that the March release still happens.

Yeah, it was today.... I think they probably just decided to record a new vocal or something when they thought they were done, thus the mixing got pushed back. Who knows...
