Ringo & Paul, together again!

Ringo Starr turned 70 on July 7th, and Paul McCartney made a surprise appearance, giving us the two surviving Beatles on stage for a performance of...........well, you can probably guess the song! This puts the biggest smile on my face!!!!

(By the way, one of the guests at the birthday bash was a man by the name of Dave Stewart, who has become a big name around the Ledge lately. Wonder if he was alone or with someone? )

According to The Examiner, Yoko Ono watched the performance from the wings, as did George Harrison's widow, Olivia. Other celebs in attendance included Ringo's wife Barbara Bach, the Eagles' Joe Walsh, the Eurythmics' Dave Stewart, and Colin Hay of Men at Work.
