So I was thinking about all the Dreams hate going on in this thread and I've decided no matter how many times she sings it, I shall never tire of Dreams. I mean I really can't imagine seeing a Stevie/FM show without Dreams. That would just be wrong on so many levels. I'm not saying it's not overplayed/overdone, etc. it would just not be the same.

John McVie should definitely be on those cases.
That's funny you say that about "Angel" because that was only done on one Mac tour (The Tusk tour) and was on two of Stevie's solo tours. I absolutely think "Angel" should be part of her shows now. It's a great live song and the versions done in '81 and '83 were killer.

Gotcha! That would have been awesome. When I saw her in '08 she did OTR and it just sounded so damn good!! It helped, too, that I wasn't expecting it. Doubly sweet

In a way I'd like to add Sorcerer and Fall From Grace to my original list but not with as much passion to have them removed as the others. I'm thrilled Stevie made these 2 songs staples in her set and that she included songs from her latest album many years after it came out (unlike Fleetwood Mac and Say You Will) And both of them are absolute highlights of her set, but since both have been recorded to live forever on both DVD and CD, I think they should go to make room for other songs, Fall From Grace rocks and rocks hard, but she could put another song in its place that rocks equally as hard. Same goes for Sorcerer, but I'd let Sorcerer stay if Rhiannon left the set and Sorcerer could be the replacement "witchy" song.

But like I said these 2 are just honarable mentions. Yes they should leave but I won't be upset hearing them at a concert because they are so good and still the newest Stevie written songs in her set

I've seen Stevie in 07 and 08...and haven't been lucky enough to see her do Fall From Grace either time.

Sounds like everyone is just sick and tired of seeing Stevie live. I have a good idea, take a few years off from the live shows like I did. You can only enjoy the same old set so many times over.

I don't know that everyone is sick of seeing her live, but most are sick of the same songs. As I posted a few weeks back, there is no need for Stevie to do the same set night after night. Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks are the only artists I've seen who do not switch things up much. When you tour for a new album, yeah you gotta throw in some new songs, but when you're touring just to bring in some extra cash and you have a fairly vast catalog, you can go nuts. People have said that she can't do different songs because people will make their bathroom breaks at those times. It all depends on the song, if she were to break into "Angel" or any other uptempo song the crowd will stick around. It's the slow songs, not just Stevie but any artist, that makes people run to the bathrooms.

this may have already been said but as I was driving home from work last night, it occured to me that Rooms on Fire would make a fantastic show opener!! I think Stevie coming out to those opening chords would be very dramatic, powerful and full of mysterious wonder! What do y'all think?

Hell to the yes and as I mentioned, I would simply become overwhelmed with emotion and possibly have to be escorted out of the venue lol.

If she never does "Landslide" again, it will be too soon. I'm so sick of that song. In addition, I'm all "Dreams"ed out.

Get far away from me "Crash Into Me" and "Circle Dance"! Get out! Shoo!

Hope she doesn't get the idea in her head to do "Storms" again. Blech!

I'm with you. Not a fan of Storms live at all.

Storms was freaking phenomenal live. Even better then Beautiful Child which is usually way more praised for its live rendition. Now I dont want her to do Storms in August becuase I'd prefer she do solo stuff, but I wouldn't complain if the show ended with Storms instead of BATB or even HAEWAFY. It'd sure end the show with a bang for me. Unfortunutly Lindsey's harmonies are quite important to the song.

I really didn't care too much for Storms live. Didn't like how it translated.
