Default Need help finding a Stevie quote.

I know in something Stevie did last year she talked about being a dental assistant and how after a day or maybe three she decided she did not want to do that for the rest of her life because she could stand the idea of just sitting there for hours with her back tilted at an angle, however I cannot find the quote anywhere. Everything I find is from her article about Taylor Swift which is not the quote I am looking for any help here guys?

It might have been mentioned in a 1987 interview clip with MTV around Halloween.
Or not.

I think it was on a TV show called 'Downtown' which was filmed to promote Trouble In Shangri-La. I can't find it on youtube though, so I don't know if it's been removed or not...

I think so, too - an interview in "20/20 Downtown" with Cynthia McFadden that includes brief parts of the Jones Beach Show and aired the week before 9/11.
Less than a month ago the full interview was up in two parts on YouTube - I used it for a recent paper - but now it's gone.

Is this supposed to be the actual transcript? Because it does not match the words that I remember at all - only the topics:
