Default I'm new toooo!

Hello Michelle and welcome!

I've been a lurker but nervous about speaking up and posting. Today I will break my silence and hijack this post...and introduce myself. Thanks for your inspiration Michelle and I hope you don't mind!

This is a good time to cause this morning I was thinking about the Ledge as I was watching a tv show about people who had won the lottery. Well, I was first thinking that I should buy a ticket the next time I'm in a state that has a lottery but then started thinking about what I'd do if I won. The first thing that came to mind was having a Mac concert in my backyard. But who would come? I mean many people would come to a free concert but I would want to invite people who love love love the Mac. So I told my significant other that I would invite all the ledgies. Fly all yall to south Alabama for a private concert. What did my significant other say? "you don't even know those people!"

It's time to change that!

Hi yall! My name is Kena, just like my user name. Pronouced Ken uh. I'm a lover of all things Stevie and the Mac. I fell in love with Fleetwood Mac during the Dance tour. I became hopelessly addicted to Stevie a few years ago when I saw the video of her getting her make up done and singing a version of wild heart. Something hit me in that moment, an "AHA!" moment that had a significant impact on my self acceptance. You see, I felt I had made many many mistakes in life and followed my heart over my head to many times in the name of love, passion, pain, addiction. But I truly had good intentions and a good heart. It was just wild. I couldn't help it, it wasn't my fault. It was my wild heart. Don't blame it on me, blame it on my wild heart! Of course, there is much more about Stevie that I adore and can identify with but I'll wait and tell everyone about it at the concert, ha ha.

So that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Hope nobody minds my hijack, be gentle okay

Kena
