Default Stevie Forgot The Words

I wanted to post a topic that I would be interesting and fun; has anyone here ever been to a Stevie/Mac show where either Stevie, Lindsey or Christine has forgotten the words to the song they were singing? Reason I ask is I was going through my cd's and ran across my copy of Fleetwood Mac in St.Louis, MO. in 2003. I was at that show singing along with "Stand Back" and right when the music break was through, Stevie was heading back up to the microphone. She started singing and it wasn't the same words and I was singing along and I stopped when she did and I looked over at my friend who was with me and he said, "Maybe you should go help her out." I smiled at the situation and I just cheered her on. She stopped singing, found the right place to start up again and did. When she started singing, "Well, I need a little sympathy..." she started pointing at herself smiling. I just cheered her on. She was a trooper. One of her favorites to do on stage and she forgot the words! I felt bad for her, but all I could do was cheer and show my support. Because that's all you really can do in those situations.

Share your story or an audio download. Here's mine! Enjoy!

I believe this video belongs to a ledgie. Either way, it's not mine, and I wasn't there. But it's adorable! At about 1:40 she forgets the words and a few seconds later says "I got it" and picks back up.

1994 Canandaigua, NY Docklands.....She forgot the words near the beginning and the band just stopped....and they started the whole song over...she was too cute and it was so human...you couldn't help but cheer her on ... and forgivable too..it was a new song for her..

She got a little flummoxed at the start of DREAMS at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas July 1978.

On the 1986 tour, she started DREAMS several times with the second verse & had to sort of wing it or backtrack.

At FM's Birmingham NIA show she forgot the words to "Say You Love Me", luckily it was where both her and Lindsey were singing.
She started smiling and then pointed with both hands at her head and shrugged

I've actually got this on video! But damn Youtube won't let me upload properly!

At 5:15, Stevie forgets to sing, you can hear the girls start to sing but they stop quickly when they realize that Stevie is not.

That intro to Rhiannon was sexy! I had never heard that before!!! Very cool. Reminds me that I definitely do not have a live show from this tour! Bummer.
