Well, at least we don't have to worry about Stevie being blown out of the water by a more technically gifted singer. If anything, I think Taylor had better step up her game.

I love Waddy an'all, but I'm super disappointed it ain't gonna be Lindsey providing his signature licks for Rhiannon. It's a Fleetwood Mac song anyway..

Guess they thought that'd steal the spotlight from Stevie? Not really sure who I think 'they' is..

I agree about Waddy. Lindsey should do it instead.

i love you sharon.

maybe it's the dumb f*cking hick/latent 15 year old girl in me, but i actually like taylor, despite the fact that she has zero stage presence and can't sing for sh*t live.

picture it: los angeles, 2010 ... a young peasant girl drives a pickup truck through south central while blasting "you belong with me." ok, it's a short story, but you get the picture.

oh no, i personally cannot stand Taylor Swift.

but this exposure may convince her to move on to a new record, hopefully with FM. Plus, i really don't want people to all of a sudden think that Stevie is "cool" to like. but once more that could create a catalyst for something new

Rhiannon could be just in a rehearsal. They may keep the song a surprise.

...Or they may not.

This Taylor Swift thing is a slippery slope. And the Fearless record really is one of my favorites, I love Taylor Swift. I don't think Stevie would be involved if it were cheesy.

And of course she's going to look fantastic.

I just cringe to think of Stevie singing Love Story. They could duet White Horse... Cheesy though, I don;t know.

And I was just listening to this, and at the very end, she says that evidently the grammy;s like to mix it up with veteran artists and non.

I'm hoping it will be a medley of like Rhiannon/You Belong with Me/Sara/Love Story. Would be pretty sweet. I just think the Nicks/Swift pairing is perfect. It reminds me of the Beyonce/Tina Turner pairing a few years ago. People were raving about their performance.

POLISHING THE PITCH: It was back-to-back star power at Friday’s Grammy rehearsals. Dave Matthews, Maxwell, Green Day, Black Eyed Peas, Taylor Swift, Sheryl Crow, Stevie Nicks, Mary J. Blige, Andrea Bocelli, Drake, Eminem and Lil Wayne were all scheduled to run through their numbers for Sunday night’s awards ceremony.
