There are two other instances i've noticed-

On the Bella Donna HBO concert footage when she goes backstage before Rhiannon some guy screams "Mother F*#ker" and then i'm pretty sure she swears back.

Also, I've always tried to interpret what she screams in the middle of No Spoken Word on the red rocks DVD,

It sounds to me- something like "Look out ,i don't know how to learn it, not from the pages not from that goddamn motherf*#king book- i either say too much or i..."
