It was a toss up between Blue and Harvest, but I ended up picking Joni because it looks like she has more of a chance at beating the Eagles. I really loathe that band.

Had to vote for Hotel California.
Even though I'm a little sick of the Eagles. I remember going to a Luau in the 80's and someone wanted to borrow my Hotel California tape to play at the party. Big mistake, their tape machine ate my tape.

I just don't understand why anyone would want to listen to The Eagles when you could listen to Gram Parsons, Dillard & Clark or Jackson Browne etc. Maybe I'm missing something.I'm really surprised at the lack of love for CSN given Stevie's endorsement of them as an early influence.

I'm a diehard Eagles fan. While the Hotel California lineup wasn't my favorite of the Eagles (I much prefer the starting lineup: Bernie Leadon, Randy Meisner, Glenn Frey, and Don Henley), it's still a great album.
And the last great studio album by the Eagles IMO. The Long Run had a few good songs, but as a whole it was awful IMO. And their latest is just.... different.

God, you don't want to do that! It's a very dark album! Obviously the title clues you into that but Little Green in particular, when you know what it's about... oh man...
