Heart A quick hello...

Hi to all who have not forgotten me!

I've pretty much been out-of-touch with the Ledge (and Ledgies) for months now, but I was prompted to check in here after I got an email from Mick's site about the upcoming tour, which I'm so excited about! It looks like Pittsburgh is the 3rd show on the tour (or something like that), and I am planning (hoping) to be there! The new album sounds very exciting, too. Honestly, I've been so out of it that I didn't even know how soon it is being released until I stopped in on the Ledge tonight. Glad I did - I got some need-to-know info from the thread on the Rumours board!

I hope to see some of you at the Pgh show! Hi Johnny Stew!!!

Love, Lori

PS: Though I've not been around here much (actually, not at all for quite awhile now), there are many of you that I think of often and hope you are all doing well!! Mommyhood is just keeping me WAY too busy these days to think of much of anything else! Take care, everyone!!!

LORI... I've missed you!!!

It's SO good to see you, and to hear that you're doing well.
I think about you often, Doll.

Please try to stay in touch... and I hope you get a chance to see The Mac in Pittsburgh.

{{{hugs}}}

Lori, I am pretty out of it too! I've been spending a lot of the past year in Washington DC because of work with US Airways and the union. (Duane just loves that . . . wants to know when we're going to have babies. I tell him "soon.")

Are you and Mike planning on the PIT show? Do you know if Carlene is? I think I lost her email address . . .

Hey Mama!

Forget you? ~ NO WAY! I'm gonna do my best to be at Columbus, Pittsburg and Cleveland. Hope I see you. Should I bring the cheesy poofs again?

Default Hi, Lori!

Motherhood always was the hardest job!
I'm glad you're planning on going to the concert. Unfortunately, I'm not making the treck this year. I'm going to Philadelphia and Atlantic City (even the NY/NJ shows are harder for me to get to than these two).
The joys of being a non-driver.
I probably would have done Pittsburgh if the tour was in the summer but schlepping out there in May is kind of a crap shoot, weather-wise.
Anyway, I will miss you but look forward to your review.
Anyone who does have a chance to meet Lori and Mike--should! They are lovely, generous, warm people who you will feel you've known your entire lives within two minutes of saying howdy-do.
And the same holds true for Josh and LauraRox.
Me--no one ever sees me. I get lost in parking lots a lot;-)

Just popping in while the kids are busy...you have to just love the zombification factor of Disney animation!

I can't believe it's been almost a month since I posted the original message. My life is flying by me and I can't seem to catch up!

Thanks so much, guys, for all of the replies. I can't take the time to reply to you all individually, but I love and miss you all.

To those who are going to the Pittsburgh show...we got tickets (yay) and will be going. I've never been to Mellon Arena before, so I'm not sure how great our seats are (though, for the money, I should be able to have Mick don his English butler outfit and serve me a steak dinner ). We are in section B20 or something like that. Anyway, if anyone would be interested in meeting up before the show for a drink or something, send me an email. I SO enjoyed meeting all of the wonderful folks who were at the Stevie Shangri-La show in Pittsburgh, and would like to get together again if possible. Email me at [email protected] if you're interested.

Aw heck...okay, here goes:

Hi Johnny Stew! I miss you, too! Think of you often, honey. Float me an email when you can.

Hi Dana! You'd better make this show, since you didn't get to see Miss Stevie last time. I *think* I have a current Carlene address...Carlene, if you're out there watching, email me! Dana, you too so we can plan a Fleetwood Mac fest!

Hi Josh, how are things? What do you mean, you aren't going to the Pgh show??? I'm sorry, that is just NOT acceptable! Seriously, I'm sorry we won't be seeing you there - I was planning on actually making off with your cooler this time!

Hi Laura! Nah, don't be schleppin' the cheesy poofs this time; let's just go get some good 'Burgh bar food and drinks beforehand, whaddya say? Email me and let me know if you want to try to meet up, okay?

Hi Maria! How are you and your sweet little Sara? I always think of her as my birthday buddy! Thanks for asking about Dominic - he is making absolutely fantastic progress (and just in time, now that Maddy has hit the terrible 3's! She is hell on wheels, I tell ya!) I know ALL about the no-time-to-post thing; heck, I don't even have time to log in and read! Take care, honey!

Regi!!! You know, I don't live in Minnesota; the weather isn't THAT questionable in Pennsylvania in the middle of May, for heaven's sake! I would try to insist that you come, but it probably wouldn't do me any good, would it? Just know that you have an open invitation should you change your mind. We are still running our concert taxi service for special individuals such as yourself! Oh, and by the way, I love you too. Ya know, I would have thought you'd be better at navigating parking lots, honestly...I mean, I've seen NYC during rush hour and it IS just one big parking lot. Doesn't seem to have given you any trouble. Write/call or email when you can.

See, I just couldn't leave without a personal hello to you. Now I'm going to go put the house back together...the Disney folks haven't *quite* perfected that zombie thing yet, apparently.

Love, Lori

LORI-MOM!!!

'member me? ;) I didn't see your post until now, I hope it's not another month before you see it!

I am laughing SO hard- because I was just thinking of you in the last week or so!! I was trying to explain to Luke where all of that POP nonsense came from, and I was thinking about how much I miss you!! I'm glad to hear you're doing so well- and that you're going to see FM in Pittsburgh- yay!

Luke and I have tickets to Columbus, Moline, and Chicago (we live there now)- he somehow got front row center for both Columbus & Moline off the fan club presale, and we're so lucky- I'm so excited.

E-mail me or PM me if you get a chance to- it's [email protected].

!!!
