I don't have any "special" golden girl quotes, but I would like to know who your resource is regarding Lindsey killing puppies...

Actually, I feel the opposite. I find his honesty refreshing, and pretty damn cool. Given how annoyingly redundant and cliche his interviews tend to be, I embrace his sense of frankness with open arms. Man is just speaking the truth and maybe some others should follow suit. I refuse to believe that most of these old-time groups tour non-stop because they love their fans so much. Please. I was born at night but not LAST night.

I don't think you can say that to Bob Dylan. Stevie could give a rat's ass what tense she's writing in. She writes what she wants and it's served her pretty well all these years.

You and I? Was'nt that a crappy Lindsey/Chris song?

What is with all the nitpicking.

1. We know Stevie is dramatic and living in another world.

2. We know Lindsey is a self centered ass

3. Their music is more about feeling than grammar

Why all the bitching when these things are confirmed?

I wasn't born yesterday either. If he has these supposed principles then he should stick to his solo tours (which my pocketbook would appreciate). Yes I knew this tour was a cash grab, but as I think bikerchic said he doesn't need to come out and say it. How is it cool and refreshing? It just makes him look like an ass. I'm a fan of Fleetwood Mac first, and will probably enjoy the 1 show I plan to attend, but really these interviews are getting out of hand. They need to shut up and get on with it at this point. I doubt any of these interviews are helping sell tickets.

Erin, I explained in my post why I thought it was cool and refreshing. I totally respect that you have a different opinion and don't agree. I was not starting a debate, merely stating how I felt about the issue. And that is that Lindsey's comments do not bug me. What bugs me is when he repeats the same stale phrases verbatim using pretentious, overbearing language. I always knew he/they were doing it for the money, so the fact that he went and said it really didn't bring about an adverse reaction. It's the simple, plain truth.

However, I understand how some people, yourself included, are offended. I understand and I am not arguing with you over that. So you have your feelings, I have mine. We'll agree to disagree and enjoy the music instead.

What a guy. I can only respect his honesty.

That's fine... but don't write on a 4th grade level... write like you do it for a living...
