I just found out about this yesterday, a good friend of mine told me on the phone... This is sad to hear, and a great loss to music... All morning I have been listening to Bonnie's version of "Superstar" that she did on her solo album from 2002... called, "I'm Still the Same"... her version of 'Superstar' will give you chills... with her voice and piano and harmonic in the background... it now seems like a fitting tribute song to Delany, with her adlib through the song. If you get a chance, the whole album is great...
My Heart & Prayers go out to Bonnie and Bekka... Donnie Wayne ~

The current issue of Rolling Stone with Springsteen on the cover has a nice obituary for Delaney in it (also a Stevie/Mac bit in the Smoking Section).
