Your kidding right?? No this is not a Stevie impersonator. That pic is from The Rock A Little Tour at Madison square garden.. The person you see standing behind Stevie is a stagehand.
Here's a the pic that was taken just before Lisa threw the doll...and there's the band.

I still see it as an impersonator. The outfits are similar, but different.
