Some candid photos '87-'91

[Sanne2]

These are so sad, and not just because of Stevie's Klonopin-face.....

That is absolutely heartbreaking.
Thank you for posting, Sanne

I think Stevie looks beautiful there. Klonopin face? I wish my Klonopin made me look like that.

I don't think it's sad. What a tribute to the human spirit. And fan love.

These are great photos. I prefer the '87 photos. Poor kid. At least he got to meet his idol.

Poor Henry, at least he's in a better place now where he can play football and run like he's never done before.

Did you read the newspaper articles? He took a stuffed animal to a concert with a note saying "Call me collect". I am not surprised it took a bit more to arrange the meeting.

It also says that a planned first meeting in June of 1987 fell through because she went on tour, but the tour that year didn't start until a few months later. Was this when she joined Heart on tour, maybe?

Me too, she looks great in the '87 pictures, the contrast with the '91 pics is huge and it's only 4 years later!

Black Frankenbocks, with white socks in the '91 pics.

Collect. It makes you laugh and cry at the same time.

What's in the rolled up baggie on the coffee table in the pics with Rick & Rupert?

Well . . .good eye.

Maybe it's illicit narcotics or and maybe it's a severed ear: the reason why she had to break off things with Rupert so abrupty, realizing that they could never, ever be together.

Those are fab photos and I'm really glad Henry got such a dream come true.

Why on Earth was she so pale in 1991?
