There's some of mine and a couple I recognise that Cammie took in Gallery 9.

I spotted some of yours. I don't know how any one can claim copyright to all of these pictures. Mind you if I'm understanding correctly the person of this site isn't the one claiming copyright as she ask for people to contact her so she can give credit. It's the person whose site the pictures were 'taken' from who is claiming copyright... do I have that correct?

Yep, that's right. I believe Arlene is saying that this girl, Amber I think Sanne said her name was, stole all the pictures from another site that owns the copyright. But they certainly don't own the copyright to my photos! I have no problem with Rhiannonfire.com using my pics personally, especially since they're so small.

Well something is amiss then... cause the original site owner cannot claim copyright like that

At the end of the day we take a chance when we post online. I did get slightly pissed off when someone sold pictures I took on ebay... but what can you do?

You should email this site to credit you for your ones.

back in the day, i created a whole bunch of graphics with Photoshop with "mostly" public domain pictures of Stevie...imagine my surprise, when my collages turned up on Myspace all glittered up...I really didn't mind and was kind of flattered...

but I just hope some poor person didn't pay for the privledge!!

I'd be pissed if someone sold my photos on eBay too, Pip! That sucks.
But this girl is just hosting a bunch of tiny pictures I've seen many, many times before, bar a few, on her site and isn't charging anything for it. I can't see the harm in it myself. If she was hosting high-res versions of those rare pictures people paid hundreds of dollars for on eBay then I'd understand the complaint more.

I'm more curious about someone claiming she has nicked and posted copyright pictures from another website. I can't log into 7 blunders so I don't know what is being said on the matter over there

Some of my photos are on that site, too. I'm not sure I understand the "ownership" thing when it comes to photos ~ unless you actually take them yourself. I like to share my photos with other fans, and because of that, I can't be surprised to see them used on other sites -- with or without my permission. I always put my watermark in a spot that doesn't ruin the photo (not across Stevie's face!), but people will still crop the photos down so they watermark doesn't show. I only watermark them to keep people from selling them on eBay. If I'm not going to sell them on eBay, nobody else should be selling them either. That is NOT cool. I'm so sorry that it happened to you, Pip.

I am hoping to get some good photos of the Dreams Unwind tour, and I will be sure to share them with everyone.

Ok.. I'm not saying that "EVERY single picture" that is on this website belong to my friend"... That's not the argument.. Maybe there are some that do belong to others.. as I haven't even been on this site myself to see anything.. What I'm saying is, EVERY single picture that "BELONGED" to my friend's website was used on her website without my friend's permission, and my friend was basically "lied" to by this person... Again, I don't know fine details.. All I know is, it's a bad situation- as my friend's names were basically "Slandered" on 7 for things that they NEVER did.. and yes, I SOOOO agree with what Bella said earlier, as to me, now a days, you SOOOOOOO take your life in your own hands posting ANYTHING at all on the internet! Anything and everything is more or less up for grabs.. and yes, it is done all the time! I've seen very sweet people photo sharing, as Steviefan59 (Pat) said.. that are wonderful people here, who share their pictures with us all the time! Are they asking anything from us, to do so? No... So, this isn't a question of that.. and it's not a question of anything like that..
