I can't say that Halloween is the scariest, but it tends to always entertain me the most.

I'm a little surprised The Descent wasn't included, but overall the list makes me very happy.

p.s. 2008's scariest film - [Rec]. Unbelievably unrelenting.
It's a Spanish film (think Cloverfield with zombies). U.S. version called Quarantine is already in production.
