Thumbs up Frozen Love - ON THE RADIO!

I haven't posted forever, but I had to share my excitement somewhere! I was in the car last night listening to 102.5 WDVE in Pittsburgh, which is a rock station that plays a decent mix of classic & alternative.

Someone called in and asked that the DJ play ANYTHING by Stevie Nicks. I figured, oh great, here comes Edge or Stand Back. Imagine my surprise when he played Frozen Love!!! I don't think I've ever heard a BN song played on the radio before! It was a great moment, so I guess I gotta tune in to DVE a bit more often now.

That is really cool! I still remember a day in 1980something when I was driving to the bank and they played Storms on the radio. I couldn't believe it! Even tho I owned the record already I still had to listen to the end of the song till I got out of the car and into the bank.

Honk my Hooter, I love when stuff like this happens. It's a confirmation that others in the world are listening to the under-appreciated music we love. Strangely enough, I have been listening to Frozen Love all this week and last..

Yeah, I would have pretty much freaked out too...hopefully not endangering other drivers too much. I can't imagine hearing that on the radio.

Frozen Love has been on my continuous playlist as well...it must be the weather which has Ledgies inspired in the same direction...

Cool! I love Frozen Love too. I once heard Long Distance Winner on a station here that plays sort of classic rock-type stuff, at like 5.00 in the morning. It was a request too. The radio host man talked about how it was from Buckingham Nicks in 1975, before FM and such. It was really cool. I'm new here, by the way!

Thats so awesome! Theres a radio Station in Maine that plays 'Tango In The Night' and 'Why' every now and again. Its a nice change from what they play all the time.
O and about 3 weeks ago they played the Mac's version of 'Farmers Daughter' I thought that was real cool.

They should be congratulated for their great decision by an email or two. Do they have a website? Maybe it would encourage them to keep surprising us.
