Thumbs up Roger Waters [The Dark Side of the Moon Live]

don't know if anyone is a fan of pink floyd but hot damn, his show was pretty much amazing. during the first set, he performed a few floyd songs mixed with his solo stuff. the second set was, of course, the dark side of the moon. i'd like to say i could pick a specific highlight but truly, it was all good -- even solo waters was pretty awesome [and i'd never heard any of it before, actually]. he was incredibly interactive with the crowd both physically [walking the stage over and over again and gesturing toward each side] as well as in his choice of set [helloooo flying pig, astronaut, etc.] if you have a chance, go see him -- you'll have a great time

I saw Roger Waters in Belgium a few years ago and he was here in the NL a few weeks back, but I couldn't go. A friend held up a cell phone during a few songs though, sounded just as good as ever.

R u kidding?? I was posting in march about my impressions.. it was really really the best concert I've ever seen (sorry mac! ), yes truly, the Mac is my band n.1 but the Roger Waters show in Lima was awesome. I felt every song he played, even his solo songs that I didn't know that much , there was a new song he showed the lyrics in the big screen so everybody sang with him along..

a great show, and the dark side of the moon section was superb.. and the flying pig.. and the Brick in the wall with the children chorus from a local school.. a great show, the best I think, and it was in my city, , Thank's God he did a south america tour leg..

i agree. there are performances and then there are experiences. seeing the mac is like seeing a performance [and we know i love them] -- however, seeing waters -- it's an experience. there was so much opportunity to interact it was incredible
