i agree with everything you said. i liked the b. gibb thing. he had some good songs. he didn't look bad either. he was a hottie back in the day but he's older now, probably settled down completely & has earned the right to wear whatever the hell he wants. djs are just rude & always looking for someone to pick on

i only disagree with blake. that thing he did with you should be dancing was just wrong. he sounded like a machine gun & no that is not a good thing. i liked jordin's first song. very pretty.

& no i am not a bee gees or b. gibb fan. just think it's rude to make fun of someone like that & the guy is a target. he's on ai, his voice isn't as strong & he's aging. i give him props for showing up at all probably knowing he'd get dissed

liked lakeesha but glad she went home. love melinda & hope she wins. she is hella consistent & deserves to. blake, go home next.

I'm starting get the feeling you're a bigger fan than you let on.

like I said, he's had issues lately. and I don't care how beautiful his wife is, the shirt was gross. he should kick her ass for choosing it. she likes him to wear shirts that aren't flattering, tuck them in and show off his cameltoe?

again, you either misunderstood or missed the part where I said, he's old, what do you expect, but that he looked ok and sounded ok, considering. pointing out the obvious (that someone is old) doesn't mean I don't appreciate my health. and is he only 60? wow.

all in all, my point is...soundwise? ok, fine, good enough. appearance? someone shoulda helped him.

EDIT: I'm not trying to be an ass or argumentative. I just realized that I probably sound that way. I was just addressing your points.
Barry Gibb has been flashing his cameltoe for years...

So, he can't possibly have gotten dentures? The way he was speaking & moving his mouth seems to point to new dentures, or a set that doesn't fit properly. I don't remember him speaking that way before. I'm not making fun at all, it was just an observation.

Have you seen Myspace profile? OF course, I am a Barry and Stevie fan, probably as much as you are a Barbra Streisand or Stevie fan

OK, the shirt wasn't that great but his wife probably did pick out that shirt and I doubt he would kick her A&&

The guy is 60 years old. Of course, he is an OLD Bee Gees

Love ya, Jazzy.............. even though we disagree on this subject

I have heard from other fans that Barry and his late brother, Maurice do have caps. To me, he sounds the same as he has in the last 10 or 15 years. Very much like our Stevie, Bary does sounds older and different than he did when he was in his 20's and 30's.

^ No, I don't mean his vocal range, I mean the way he pronounces words & moves his mouth when he speaks. There's a hissing sound & it's awkward looking at times. Caps don't do that, as far as I'm aware. I don't really care if Barry Gibb's teeth are capped or fake though, so never mind. I heard it mentioned several times in the last few days from others so I know it's not just me. Sorry I mentioned it.

Thank you so much. Barry doesn't deserve being a target. As a fan of the Brothers Gibb, it was wonderful to see Barry on the show. He's pretty much a homebody, takes care of his family so it's rare to see him performing in public anymore.

Was it that bad?
I didn't think it was that bad. Besides, the man has nothing to be ahsamed of. He's written a ton of hit songs, is a great lyricist and produced some of the greatest artists of all time. I mean, cut the guy some slack, he's 61 years old. I dare anyone that makes fun of him to get out there and do what he's doing or accomplish a tenth of what he's done in his career. Plus those harmonies that he created on the Bee Gees songs were flawless and incredible second only to maybe Brian Wilson's harmonies for the Beach Boys.
The guy has lived a life that most of us could only dream of but people have to go ahead and bag on him so that they can feel better about their pitiful selves for a few minutes. Whatever.

I'm just wondering, will you be doing your Jazmen Flowers drag act at 61?

I thought they were dentures as well. And from what I remeber of my late mother getting them, it takes a little time to adjust to them. So that may be the case.

I was impressed that his falsetto was still in such good shape.

I'm just wondering, are you still pouting?

shut the **** up heinous, self-righteous bitch. get over yourself.

and they can ban me or whatever for saying that...I don't really give a damn. at this point, this place is so ****in lame it's not even funny. you should be proud of yourself hun. I hopped on before I start getting ready for tonight and I see this bull****. typical. and as for your question, I probably won't be doing this when I'm 31, much less 61. when are you gonna give up your drag act?

my point, which everyone is completely missing...I was saying he didn't look bad - he looked exactly what you'd imagine a Bee Gee in his 60's to look like. nothing more, nothing less. my bitching was more about what he wore. if he had been in a tailored black suit or something more classy, I would've had basically nothing to say. and, if you'd noticed, I pointed out he has had health problems. I wasn't bagging on him.
