My weight in at the Doctors was 166lbs and I nearly fainted. Thats way too high for me. Ive always been skinny and I don't like the way I look right now.

Running burns off those calories quick! I start of walking then jog then walk then jog. I don't think I am being too tough on my joints.

I was in competative swimming since I was 12 years old. I did pretty well, I could have made it to the commonwealth games if I had continued. But I quit when I was 18

good job, jimmy! be careful!

I hate outdoorsy things. I hate having my skin in sunlight. Plus its coming up to winter, so it would be hard to maintain. I have a step-machine that I use every now and then. I also use my Ab King Pro daily to maintain by abs.

Anything else you recommend?

What does it acutally do? I mean, all it does it seems to do is affect my calf muscles, which have become huge because of my constant use of the machine. It doesn't really get my heart-rate up at all. I feel like I need to do more

I can't remember what its called

I want to work on my upper body as well. I guess swimming would be the way to go for that. Honestly though, I want to put on weight so I actually have something to work with. Do you have any ideas?

EDIT: Found a pic
