Yes, I'd feel much better with a response like that. But, whatever.....life goes on.

She already apologized. To one and all.
Perhaps she feels that anything else would be redundant.

JazmenFlowers · #92 03-10-2007, 04:20 PM

life's too short. I know that's a worn-out saying, but it's true. let's just let it go and try to do what a certain wise woman constantly says..."take care of yourself and each other" -

no one's perfect. we all say and do things that we shouldn't. me, Chris...everyone. she's put herself out there and apologized. anyway. no one really asked me, but I figured I'd weigh in...

You were? I honestly don't know what you're talking about.

I posted an apology to anyone and everyone, not just one person. And I'd like to leave it at that. If you want to clarify, you can PM me. Thanks.

Then, the moderator was classy enough to apologize while the two ledgies are reading right now the "Handbook for the perfect way to get your ego boosted", to find the right way to have their names engraved close to "The Ledge" sign.

I think the situation being discussed here has a history that precedes the isolated incident you're referring to in your post. So I don't see the sense in saying that David and Victoria have been making complaints that are coming out of nowhere.

And this goes without saying, but I would strongly disagree that either is after an ego boost. That just seems to come out of the blue and for no reason, IMO.

As my favourite playright would say, Right you are! (If you think so)... I just think this is one of those cases where everyone has his/ her own personal version of the truth, but judging from the action & the reactions in this thread I found mine particularly reasonable

, and honestly, conspiracy theories are so passé.

Not to sound cynical, but I've seen it all happen so many times now... the only thing that really changes, is the people involved. And sometimes not even that.

At any rate, things will get back to "normal" again soon. I'd mention something about "cycles," but I think Lindsey owns a copyright on that speech.

I gotta say...I admire the way Chris does not take any guff!!!

Do not let this make you too soft, Chris......
