I don't know what's happened, but for the past month or so I can't get enough of the Other Side of the Mirror! It used to be a "mood album" for me... I had to be in the mood to listen to it lol. I think OSOTM might just be my fav Stevie album for the moment... it's just so... Stevie!

Anyways, my question is this. What does everyone think Alice is about? Is it about using escapism to get through a rough breakup? Is it about going back to who you used to be in light of a breakup? Or does she just feel lost in light of the breakup? Or am I entirely off base? hehe

Hey! Where have you been? Annyway, I really like Alice also. She has said in interviews that Alice is her running back and forth in between her diferent lives ,fleetwood mac, solo, ect.

Don't enjoy the album version much, but live is a whole other story. Excellent live!

I think Alice is about drugs (among what everyone else said)..."I heard she went higher.....She depended on her friends to stop it" etc....

I wish she would perform this at least once more before she retires!

But no, I am totally in agreeance with you!! I WOULD LOVE to see her do Alice.

I agree, definitely a part of the song anyway. I also get strong drug references from: "Each had their own charm hidden beneath a solid piece of armor, or a steel plated vest, some carry a stiletto in their garter, along with everything else..."
