Well, I did a little bit of googling and only came up with the following links on how Amazon.com determines sales ranks. It must be a closely guarded secret, more closely guarded than Fort Knox from what little I could find on the subject.

I know, probably more than you ever wanted to know or care about regarding sales ranks and how they are determined and if they really mean anything.

TISl sold extremely well, too. It will prolly go back down closer to the release date. Not that I think Stevie really gives a crap what her "number" is.
