Default The certified "popular movies that you've never seen"

I swear there are several movies that everyone I know has seen, but I never have I really don't know why I haven't taken the time to sit down and watch-I just haven't. So here is where we get to display those movies and let everyone reply with "what?! you haven't seen THAT movie" and.."huh?! what's wrong with you?" If there are any on my list that many people actually suggest I see, I may rent them or something. Who knows.

So basically, not only has the ledge been boring, my life has been boring

alright-
I have never seen :
Mary Poppins
The Sound of Music (let's just go ahead and get most musicals out of the way because I can guarantee I haven't seen most of them )
The Exorcist
Gone With the Wind
Pulp Fiction
Any of the Godfathers
Any of the Harry Potters
Sling Blade (I've heard it's good, and I've tried to watch it. Never finished it)
O Brother, Where Art Thou-alright. So I tried to watch this movie too. HATED it. So I started reading or something. Then I decided "ya know...I really should try to pay attention and see what all the fuss is about" and then a cow gets hit by a bus or car or something.

alright. Let's go.

Anyway, I've never seen the above and I've never seen:

Top Gun-that one gets tons of gasps when I say I've not seen it
Gremlins

Erm...there are tons more but I can't think of them.

I've not seen Gladiator.

But I have seen As Good as it Gets and I think it was incredibly over-rated.

I think the only time I actually left the movie theater was during As Good as it Gets.

I know I sure as hell wanted to. The only other "popular" movie I've disliked more was Jerry Maguire. Yuck.

Oh and I'm wary or anybody who has never seen Star Wars.

Until recently, I had never seen any of the Star Wars movies. So, my boyfriend decided that we should watch them in order, which meant the newer made ones first. I didn't really like any of them and actually decided to stop watching them. So, I never saw the last two, which are Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

And Michelle, you have to watch Pulp Fiction. One of my absolutely favorite movies.
