Ah... the pleasures of working from home this week. Is this judge for real and can anyone believe that any decision he makes will stand? He's slowly becoming Florida's version of Judge Ito.

This whole thing is starting to remind me of Keith Olbermann's running Oddball gag thanking Florida for all the weird things that have ever happened in this country.

^ Living in California I thought I had seen and heard it all, but lately, Florida has taken the lead.

This judge really is running his own circus. I feel bad for L.B., V.A. and H.K.S. having to go through this but it seems they all fell short of taking care of Vickie Lynn Marshall. In all honesty, if H.K.S. were a better friend and lawyer, he would have encouraged Anna Nicole to clean up her act. He really seemed to be a bigger golddigger than she was She was his gravytrain.

It would be sad if her mother could not see her remains for the last time or even get to know her granddaughter. I am a mom and it is sad that Anna hated her mother so much that they never found peace with each other.

Unhappy

I saw a little of this at work today, well kind of listened to the audio while I was typing away. I saw some of the ET tape of her taking about her mother, Stern's testimony & her mother's testimony. I heard the doctor's phone call about how her body is deteriorating, especially the face. And knowing all this, the judge is still fooling around; I can't believe that he was going to let all this go on for three weeks! If he wanted to know the biography of Anna Nicole Smith, all he had to do was google her. I'm sure he could have found out more than he needed to know. That was a complete waste of time. He wastes a lot of time. He's a jerk. It should come down to what ANS would have wanted, not where her mother wants her to be buried, not where Stern wants her to be buried, not where the possible biological father of her baby wants her to be buried (and why is he even there for this?). They should honor what the dead wants & everyone knows, she wanted to be next to her son.

While watching Larry King tonight, I believe I heard Mom's attorney state that Daniel was now buried in Texas. I will be watching the repeat of LK tonight.

Question: Does anyone know how long meth is detectable through drug-testing once someone stops using?

He's something else. He's part of what made the whole thing so entertaining. I loved it when he kept calling that attorney "Texas." And also, I think you mean New Jersey ham. His accent certainly doesn't sound like Virginia.

Despite all that has been said about him, I really feel for Howard. I don't think he is exagerrating in any way when he says she was his whole world.

The attorney had a slight accent. He actually said that Daniel will eventually be buried in Texas.

He seems so even when he speaks and why are his eyes 80% downcast?

Huh? Daniel is buried in the Bahamas, where his mother bought him a burial plot. She also bought herself one right next to him. The only issue this idiot judge has any jurisdiction over is who should get her body. He must decide this issue based on ANNA's INTENT. So, she bought a plot for herself in the Bahamas, her son is buried in the Bahamas....obviously she wanted to be buried in the Bahamas. That abusive POS mother of Anna's is going to try to bring Daniel to Texas, too. This whole thing makes me sick and the Judge should be disbarred.
