The main reason why I rarely buy ice cream. I like lots of kinds of ice cream, billions one might say, but Mint CC could be the death of me. God, I love that stuff. I think the treachery of it is that the mint flavor makes the ice cream seem much less rich than most other ice creams seem, so I can just keep eating and eating, without getting that "too rich, too much" feeling. It's like I'm eating a light, refreshing breathmint or some shizz. Other flavors have a similar quality, mostly fruit flavors, but mint beats them all for porkoutability. IMO, of course.
Oh, and Ben n Jerry's is even worse, because it tastes more minty and cool and fresh and light and breezy.

Yeah, I don't buy ice cream very much. Merely a thigh-saving precaution.

There's an upscale Mexican restaurant here in San Antonio that serves up the most DELICIOUS tres leche's cake ever. It's $30 but totally worth it.
I usually get one for my birthday. YUMMY!
