they're saying that it was changed to CV only after one of their peeps said it would be a good title. what. ever.

How about prices?? How much do you think this whole thing is gunna cost?

I mean you gotta buy the CD and DVD together right? Best Buy prob will put it out cheap for the first week. Im guessing 29.99.

Yes, the board.

Apparently in a thread discussing other possible titles, "Crystal Visions" was mentioned. The next day, Stevie changed the title. Seems a few people over there have convinced themselves that someone must have seen the thread and reported back to Stevie's "family" and then they told Stevie about it and she decided "uh, I must change the album title, I never would have thought of CV on my own" (didn't she write those words???? snort) You should probably head over to Seven Wonders and read the thread, Cat.

There has been no cover art on Amazon etc, so maybe Stevie had not decided on a title until just the other day.
Also, Crystal Visions was a name that Jaz came up with on the Ledge awhile ago. Maybe Stevie was rereading old Ledgie threads? haha

Well thank you John for the props. But George and I can't take full credit for "Crystal Visions", the title of the tape. I'm reading that it was Jazmen who came up with the title. I honestly don't recall but I have no reason to doubt that it is true. I remember we had a round of voting and CV eventually won. My own idea for the title was "Ledge Angel", being it was a tape made by ledgies for ledgies.

I'm not sure if you guys remember though but I posted that George and I attended a Sheryl Crow concert in Camden, NJ - I'm guessing either 98 or 99 and I tossed a copy of the tape "Crystal Visions" on the stage to Sheryl. And two of the songs (demos) that were on the tape made it onto TISL, "Nomad" (aka Candlebright) and "Sorcerer." Probably a coincidence I'm sure, but hey, you never know ;-)

I did, in fact, toss Crystal Visions into the hat, as it were...and was astonished that it was selected. I remember the voting and the tallying up to see which songs would make the cut. those were good times.

almost as good as when we all fought tooth and nail to be the "keeper" of various FMac items. remember that? I think I was the keeper of The Wild Heart and Stevie's crescent moon necklace.
