you may have to revoke my hag card, but i don't have a favorite tori song ... because i've never really listened to her before today. i only have little earthquakes, but i really like it so far.

That's good record. My favorite of hers. I have a pretty low Tori threshhold - about 4 songs. But I like LE lots.

It's totally OTT. I liked it more when I was younger and had a stronger taste for drama.

It is such chick music. If I listened to Tori and Sarah McLachlan for a few hours straight, I think the atmospheric estrogen might make me sprout tits.

Yeah, that wouldn't really work for Sparky.

On topic, I am sitting in my office relaxing. 2nd day of shooting on this pilot, it's cool to be watching the monitor while they film. My sets turned out kick ass If I do say so myself. Tons of compliments. Everyone wants to live in them.

thanks

he said that on your first deployment, you don't do much of anything, aside from clean the barracks. also, he's getting there in the middle of the deployment, so he'll be there for less than the usual 100 days. that makes me feel a little better, i guess.

Yes. that is definitely a good thing. I really don't know a lot about this, because I've never been close to anyone who was in the military. He'll probably be so bored cleaning all the time, he'll WISH he were doing something else

Thumbs up Just a few things...

watching "A Hard Day's Night" (Featuring the Beatles) on The Movie Channel, resting my leg (Dont ask how I injured it - It happened in my sleep ) and relaxing after fixing a leaky transmission hose that connects to the radiator.

Ouch! Did you pull a muscle? Happens to me all the time. Sometimes I wake up with bruises on my leg from banging against the wall in my sleep.

Right now, I'm being mad because I can be.

well, I'll tell you LE is her best one. Under the Pink is good, but by Boys for Pele, I start skipping tracks.

her best ones, imo, that you MUST listen to:
Siren
Sugar
Playboy Mommy
Taxi Ride
A Sorta Fairytale
Space Dog
The Power of Orange Knickers
and some others I know I'm forgetting.

I injured in the exact place I fractured it on Feb.7,2003 (I remember the date because the July 1,2003 Fleetwood Mac show in OKC was announced that morning). The pain goes all the way up to my hip, so who knows what happened...Either I caught my in the blankets or my foot became wedged between the side boards of the waterbed & the mattress.
