Which version of Crystal does everyone prefer? Lindsey singing (from "Fleetwood Mac) or Stevie singing "from "Pracitcal Magic OST"??

Lindsey on the BN version. Her lyrics are lovely, but I can't stand Stevie's take on this song.

Stevie's. This song just touches something within me, I LOVE what she did with it for Practical Magic...love it.

Stevie's version, no doubt about it.
With Lindsey on lead, it's just a pretty song. But Stevie's weathered, wistful vocal turns it into something so much more than that.

I'll go with the Fleetwood Mac version, but Stevie's has a much MUCH prettier ending. Why she didn't sing the whole song in that whisper is beyond me, it's so FRUSTRATING.

I adore stevies version from practical magic, Partially probabally cause i love the movie so much too. Her ending is just so atmospheric and interesting. But I will say that i like a live buckingham/Nicks version that I heard somewhere alot also. This is why they should do this song now in concert. Combine afew things we like now, buckinghams touch added with stevies cool take on her song would be my ultimate version of Crystal!

Wow. I'm a little shocked that everyone likes Stevie's more recent version better. Her harmonies with LB on the FM version are incredible, and I much prefer it.

Lindsey's. Stevie's version is okay, but Lindsey's is much more prettier.

Stevie's without question - she takes it to a whole other level. I don't like the Fleetwood Mac or the Buckingham Nicks versions at all...

For me, nothing will ever beat the White Album Fleetwood Mac version. It's just beautiful.

I like all three versions for different reasons. And the live Buckingham Nicks version is a revelation. The intense rock-out ending and Stevie's wailing give me the chills. Crystal has such an interesting history. First a Buckingham Nicks song, then a Fleetwood Mac song, then a Stevie solo song. And it's one of the only songs I can recall where Lindsey takes the lead vocal on a song Stevie wrote. Obviously they have a love for the song, so why the hell have they never performed it???

My only beef with the lyrics: "Do you always trust your first initial feeling." Note to Stevie: the words "first" and "initial" have the same meaning!! Just a little redundant (and repetitive....lol)

Lindsey's. The song is perfect for a man's voice.

Lindsey, if I had a choice. I'm not crazy about the song.
