Thank you very much for posting this, Pattie!

Well, there aren't any new tracks, but it sure is an eclectic set of songs, and there are several surprises there.

Looks cool

Post Purpose of the best-of

The best-of is basically a marketing segue into the new album to get the buzz going. That's why there aren't any new songs on it. When people buy the best-of CD over Christmas, they will be reminded how much they enjoy Fleetwood Mac and be lured into hearing more, the new stuff. The new album will drop just as that interest is peaking early next year.

Nice to see that the three writers get credit pretty much in equal amounts......

So the setlist isn't exactly what I'd pick, but I can live with it...but wassup with all the live Lindsey songs? Do we have to have I'm So Afraid-live one more time???? I would've rather seen at least one obscure treat like Farmer's Daughter! Or even Monday Morning-live from the first live album, with it's very The Clash-like intro. Anyone else think it's a LindseyLive overload?

Lindsey-live overload, yes.
Why "Go Insane" live when it is a Lindsey solo song?
And also, why his worst song from Tango in the Night in "Family Man"? "Tango in the Night," the song, is such a rocker.

But, the record execs who put together the set list probaly never even listen to "TITN," so they wouldn't know.

"Angel" live would have been something to hear. Since you mentioned the "Live" album, stuff from there would have been great to add to the mix instead of giving us The Dance again.

Love,
Jo and Jensen
