that's their blanket solution lol...how you reset a player than won't turn on at all though But hopefully that'll work - I mean mine was completely and totally frozen and a reset worked beautifully....

If you have more problems though - get another - they should not be this quirky from the get go...

No. I've never seen the last episode. I've been patiently waiting for a few years now. Pretty sad, considering I kept up with SATC.
