Thumbs up 'Tis The Season For Giving

It's time for my annual charity post.

As I've said in the past, I know that money is tight for everyone... and I'm certainly not trying to make anyone feel bad if they can't give... I just like to remind my fellow Ledgies to please keep in mind all of the worthy charities that could greatly benefit from a small donation this Holiday season.

There's an amazing site, called JustGive.org, which has an extensive list of over 1,000,000 non-profit charity organizations, categorized, so you can easily search for the types of charities you'd like to support.
I've also listed a small handful of great charities below.

And of course, don't forget you can always donate to your local charities!

Toys For Tots
American Cancer Society
Children With AIDS Project
Easter Seals
Meals On Wheels
The Humane Society of the United States

Happy Holidays!!!

Thanks Niki!

Yes, I'm running the Boston Marathon as part of the American Liver Foundation's charity team, in honor of my deceased partner.

WOW, that is great. I will donate after Christmas, be sure to send another reminder after our funds have been replenished!

I wrote a check to the VFW earlier today, they got me with their labels this year.
