Small Stevie Mention on ESPN this am..

Chris Berman, an ESPN analyst was on the NFL pregame show this am talking about the NY Jets. When he introduced the person that was at the NY stadium covering the game, he said "STAND BACK- here's Wendy NIX in New York!" Wendy, of course, didn't get it, and just said, "yeah Chris - stand back- it's raining here in New York."

Anyway, I caught that this morning as I was putting up my weekly Charger decorations and it made me smile. I always did like Chris Berman. Props to him for doing a small Stevie mention.

yeah I caught that today too. Chris Bermans the funniest sports analyst there is.

His made up names are classic. One of my favorites was from a former San Diego Charger Eric Sleeping with Bienemy. I found a link to some of his most memorable including Shane Fleetwood Mack.
