Sorry I meant to say that I hadn't heard of it being released that way in the US, not that I knew for a fact that it wasn't released that way in the US. If someone does have a US 5x7 copy, please do post details here so we can all see.

You could buy either version in Canada. The digi pack, the size of a cd case the flips open numerous times, or the regular dvd snap case, which looks different then this japanese version. Both versions were 2 dvd's with one cd. The Canadian release doesn't have the artwork right on the cd. I was looking for pics last night that I had taken when I first bought them back in 04 to show others the difference... but couldn't. The artwork is all the same in both versions, just that inside the snap case it's like a pullout booklet.

Oh yeah I mean I figured both the 5x7 & the digi were available in Canada, just that the 5x7 version didn't seem to be available in the US.

But the question remains, where to buy one online. Are there any Canadian stores other than amazon?

Can't help you there, I had a family friend in Canada pick me up one at their local Walmart & mail it to me.

This was also available in the UK. We never got the digipack version of it.

Correct. I've not seen a "English" version with a regular sized DVD case. Even here in NZ they have the digipack.

There used to be an online Canadian store called absound, but it looks like their online store is gone. Seems like HMV had one too.

hi all...yes if u go to ebay canada stores u may get 1. i live in a border town so best buy carries the same stuff as the u.s. mine had the booklet with the artwork in it and both dvd's on 1 side and the cd on the other...pat
