Default Duets

Okay, here is wishful thinking on my part. It would be so cool if Stevie were to appear on Duets on Fox as we all know that singing duets and harmonizing is one of Stevie's favorite things to do.

Here is a link, it lists the singers by name and then at the end say and "others" and some celebs will show up unannounced. Here is the link.
http://www.fox.com/celebrityduets/showinfo/

Would tie in nicely to the new Best of CD release coming up.

Like I said, I know this is wishful thinking on my part, but would be so AWESOME if she were to be on the show to get some face time as it were.

No way. Leave this sort of **** to has-beens. I would lose alot of respect for Stevie if she were to do this. Really.

I watched this show for the first time last week and cringed. I just can't imagine Stevie singing Stand Back with Cheech Marin.

However, I would love for Stevie to make a surprise appearance on Rockstar Supernova and sing with Dilana.

Wonder what BTFLCHLD thinks about that.

Sorry, but hell no. Have you seen that show? Terrible. I think it's mean for the judges to give some of these people false hope (like that Ashley girl? I think that's her name. No tone or timor in that voice whatsoever). Some of those people really cannot sing and are just embarrassing themselves.

I nearly **** a brick and a half when Cyndi Lauper's name was mentioned in early press releases. She's not doing it, from what I hear, and I'm glad. I won't say it'd make me lose complete respect for her, but it would disappont me. Likewise with Stevie.

I love Belinda Carlisle as much as the next gay, but admit it, she is a has-been

They already had a Stevie duet on - "Whenever I Call You Friend" with a seriously has-been'd Kenny Loggins. Appropriately, Lucy Lawless was the other part of the duet.

Peter Frampton was on there and I would not classify him as a has-been, so I don't know. In fact, there are many artists on there that had upcoming releases.

I guess I am just going through some Stevie withdrawals and need a fix.
